El programa del Ministerio de Salud para la mejora en la gestión de la demanda en Atención Primaria llegó a nuestra provincia, específicamente a la comuna de El Quisco. Ya está disponible la plataforma www.telesalud.gob.cl a través de la cual los usuarios del CESFAM pueden solicitar atención presencial y remota con los diversos profesionales del área (médico, psicólogo, dental, nutricionista, etc.).
Cualquier inscrito en el CESFAM de El Quisco puede acceder a este beneficio a través del ingreso a la página web www.telesalud.gob.cl o escaneando un código QR desde su computador, tablet o teléfono celular; allí llena un formulario el que será revisado por un equipo del mismo centro que se comunicará con el usuario para definir la atención según el formato definido por el profesional a cargo del Triage.
Al respecto la directora del Departamento de Salud de El Quisco, Caty Orellana, destacó » esta es una tremenda oportunidad para nuestra comunidad ya que se acerca la atención primaria a nuestros usuarios, y no hace necesario que asistan presencialmente al Some respectivo o utilicen la central telefónica para la toma de horas en el centro; estas modalidades, en todo caso, siguen disponibles».
