El programa de promoción en salud de la comuna de El Quisco invita a participar en el primer concurso escolar para la creación de afiches en conmemoración al “Día Mundial sin Tabaco” #FumarMata.
- PARTICIPANTES: Podrán participar los alumnos de 5°, 6°, 7°, 8° y 1° y 2° Medio pertenecientes a Programa Saberes y establecimientos educacionales de la comuna de El Quisco en las siguientes categorías:
- Primer Nivel: 5°, 6° y 7° Básicos
- Segundo Nivel 8°Básico, 1° y 2° Medios
- Categoría Integrada: Dirigida a personas con distintos tipos de discapacidad
- TEMA: Conmemoración “Día Mundial Sin Tabaco” #FumarMata
Antecedentes:
- El tabaquismo es el principal factor de riesgo evitable de enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles.
- El tabaco mata a 8 millones de personas cada año: 7 millones de fumadores activos y más de 1 millón de no fumadores afectados por humo de tabaco ajeno, donde 1 millón pertenecen a la región de las Américas (OPS, 2022).
- El humo del tabaco contiene más de 7000 sustancias químicas; cientos de ellas son tóxicas y afectan de forma negativa a casi todos los sistemas del organismo, además contiene como mínimo 69 agentes carcinógenos (Atlas del Tabaco, 2021). En Chile mueren 52 personas por día a causa del tabaquismo (IECS, 2020).
- Cigarro electrónico: un 15.3% de las personas entre 12 y 65 años han fumado estos productos en su vida (SENDA, 2020). Hay evidencia que indica que el uso de cigarrillos electrónicos entre adolescentes que nunca han fumado duplica, como mínimo, la probabilidad de que empiecen a fumar (CMCT OMS, 2016), la nicotina provoca grave intoxicación (CITUC, 2023) y además de ser altamente adictiva altera el desarrollo cerebral en niños y adolescentes (CDC, 2022).
- MINEDUC celebra anualmente la última semana de mayo la Semana de la Seguridad Escolar y Parvularia, hito que promueve el autocuidado, el cuidado mutuo y la prevención de riesgos en todos los espacios educativos, intencionando objetivos de aprendizaje para el desarrollo de trayectorias formativas, vinculadas a actitudes y habilidades como integradoras en la gestión curricular.
Relanzamiento campaña Humos Letales vol1, LLAMADO A LA ACCIÓN
- Invitar a toda la comunidad con especial foco en niñas, niños y adolescentes a nunca consumir tabaco ni cigarro electrónico, a decir que NO cuando les ofrezcan y a cuidarse y cuidarnos mutuamente en el marco de la Semana de la Seguridad Escolar y Parvularia que se desarrolla la última semana de mayo en todo el territorio nacional. Disponible en www.eligenofumar.cl y redes sociales del Ministerio de Salud.
- Instar a las personas adolescentes a realizar actividad física, deporte y a conversar con sus familias y personas significativas sobre inquietudes y preocupaciones en torno a este tema y otros relevantes para ellos (factores protectores de la salud).
- TÉCNICA Y SOPORTE: La técnica de creación es totalmente libre utilizando los materiales que sean preferidos por los participantes. Diseño debe ser realizado en hoja tamaño block Medio 1/8.
- ENTREGA: Los trabajos deberán entregarse desde el día lunes 29 de Mayo desde las 08:00 am hasta el día Miércoles 31 de Mayo a las 17:00 pm (horario continuado) en CESFAM El Quisco ubicado en Isidoro Dubournais N°250
Al reverso del trabajo deberán incluir los siguientes Datos:
- Categoría en la que participa
- Título del Afiche
- Nombre Completo del autor
- Establecimiento
- Curso
- Teléfono de Contacto
- Correo Electrónico
- PRESELECCIÓN: Para facilitar la selección final, la comisión de profesionales en trabajo directo de educación respecto al consumo y hábito tabáquico preseleccionaran los mejores 5 trabajos por categoría para ser expuestos en los distintos centros de atención; Cesfam, Litoral y Cecosf para votación participativa, voluntaria y comunitaria de los trabajos preseleccionados.
- RESULTADOS: Se realizará el conteo de votos el día viernes 2 de Junio a las 11:00 am en dependencias de Cesfam, con comité de representantes de los establecimientos concursantes y serán publicados a través de página web:
- www.saludelquisco.cl
- PREMIOS: Se premiará al Primero, Segundo y Tercer lugar en todas las categorías.
- PREMIACIÓN: La ceremonia de premiación se realizará el día 1 de Junio a las 15:00 pm en CESFAM El Quisco; Sala de Espera; Ubicado en Isidoro Dubournais n°250
- AUTORIZACIÓN Y EXPOSICIÓN: Los Trabajos ganadores serán montados en una exposición que se realizará desde el día 01 al 02 de Junio para evaluación y votación. Para luego ser expuestos los trabajos ganadores la semana del 05 al 09 de Junio en las distintas dependencias de Salud Municipal. Para lo cual se solicitará autorización de Padre, Madre o tutor Legal para distribuir, comunicar públicamente, exhibir, reproducir en cualquier medio de difusión o en cualquier tipo de actividad sin fines de lucro.
