Entre el 5 y el 9 de diciembre se está realizando la capacitación para Líderes Comunitarios del Programa Más Adultos Mayores Autovalentes (PMAMA) de nuestro Cesfam, en el que participan personas que participaron en los talleres que se desarrollaron durante el 2022 en distintos lugares de la comuna.
Los objetivos de la actividad son facilitar en los participantes un proceso de toma de conciencia y autonomía frente a su situación de salud en relación a la significancia personal y colectiva de “Autocuidado y estilos de vida saludable en el adulto mayor” y favorecer el proceso de adquisición de rol de líder comunitario promotor de salud.
En la capacitación están participando más de una veintena de adultos mayores de diversos sectores y agrupaciones de El Quisco quienes han recibido capacitación en diversas temáticas por parte de profesionales de nuestro centro de salud
