En el marco de la conmemoración del Día Internacional de la Actividad Física el pasado 7 de abril, el CESFAM de El Quisco realizó diversas actividades con funcionarios y usuarios de la comuna durante la semana.
La idea de esta conmemoración es relevar la actividad física como un elemento de prevención de Salud ya que permite mejorar las condiciones generales del cuerpo y del estado general de los usuarios. Es importante que cada individuo se haga protagonista de su salud integral.
