Con el fin de mejorar la atención de los usuarios y usuarias del CESFAM de El Quisco y CECOSF de Isla Negra, la Municipalidad de El Quisco a través de su Departamento de Salud, realiza el curso «Técnica para el abordaje de Usuarios Complejos para funcionarios de Salud».
La capacitación se está desarrollando durante el mes de noviembre en el Ex Hotel Italia y participan 15 funcionarias de SOME, URGENCIAS y de otros estamentos con el objeto de adquirir herramientas para mejorar la relación funcionario-usuario en nuestras dependencias.
Identificación de situaciones de conflicto en la atención de salud, reconocimiento de habilidades personales de manejo de personas conflictivas y aplicación de estrategias de abordaje de eventos agresivos en la atención de Salud son algunas de las temáticas que se han abordado en esta capacitación semipresencial.
